The licensing enquiry form asks for your name, work email, organisation, enquiry type, and any role, project details or message you choose to provide. Built Metric Ltd uses this information to respond to your request and discuss Carbonfolio. The lawful basis is legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and managing potential pre-contract discussions. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests; contact us using the details below. We do not use this form to subscribe you to marketing.

The form is designed to send submissions through a Firebase server function to Resend, an email delivery processor, for notification to Built Metric Ltd at the configured business enquiry address (currently defaulting to hello@carbonfolio.co.uk). The function is not yet deployed, so the form may not be available until its email configuration is completed. If it cannot confirm acceptance, please use the direct email link on the form. No enquiry messages are saved in a Carbonfolio database. The function uses short-lived in-memory anti-spam and duplicate-submission controls; technical request information may be processed by Firebase to operate the service. This site does not include analytics or advertising scripts.

Firebase Hosting and Cloud Functions operate the website and submission endpoint. If enabled, Resend processes contact details and message content to provide email delivery. Resend states that customer data is stored in the United States; its data processing agreement describes its transfer safeguards. Resend's privacy policy explains its data handling. The message is also held in the recipient's business email system after delivery.

Built Metric Ltd retains enquiry correspondence in its business inbox for up to 12 months after the last contact, then deletes it, unless an active business discussion or applicable legal or record-keeping requirement means it must be retained for longer. Resend and the email provider may apply their own retention periods under their terms and settings. You may contact us to request deletion where applicable.

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, or request restriction of processing. Where we rely on legitimate interests, you may object. Other rights, including data portability, apply in certain circumstances. To make a request, contact hello@carbonfolio.co.uk. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Please do not include confidential building data or sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry.

The Carbonfolio application is hosted separately at epcfactors.web.app. Account creation, authentication, product data and application use are subject to the policies and terms applicable to that service. This website notice does not describe or replace the application’s privacy notice or terms. Those should be provided to users in the application before public access is offered.

Website content is general product information. It is not engineering advice, a building survey, an energy performance certificate or a guarantee of project outcomes. Carbonfolio analyses depend on source information, assumptions, model scope and configuration. Outputs should be independently reviewed for the intended decision, especially while ROM V1 validation is ongoing.

Product descriptions may change as the software develops. No licence, service level, pricing or right to use the application is granted by visiting this site or submitting an enquiry.
