Connect estate priorities to building analysis.

Move from the estate view to a building, select an analysis source, test interventions, compare pathways and decide what needs further work.

  1. 1

    Start with an estate project

Open an estate and review its building records. The app includes a bundled five-building Liverpool office sample project for demonstration.

  2. 2

    Review the building evidence

Examine building geometry, fabric and system configuration alongside available EPC-informed details, energy information and recorded assumptions.

  3. 3

    Choose an analysis source

ROM Estimate supports early screening within its supported Office V1 domain; Concept Simulation uses a simplified physical model; Studio Simulation provides a detailed engineering workflow where compatible model data and account access are available. These sources have different scopes and are not an automatic progression.

  4. 4

    Build a pathway of interventions

Choose potential fabric, heating, lighting, hot-water and renewable measures, schedule changes, and compare them in the building or estate plan.

  5. 5

    Compare the available outputs

Review modelled energy, carbon, cost and peak electrical demand outputs where supported by the selected source and current project data. Check result status and provenance.

  6. 6

    Prepare follow-up and reporting

Export the estate project workbook; Studio can produce an engineering summary in PDF or structured CSV. Use the Transition Risk view to support project review and validate outputs for their intended use.
